I'm Mikaela, a Suffolk based photographer, educator and creative studio owner.
For the past 10 years I have been photographing portraits, weddings, brands and individuals, in and around Suffolk, Essex, Norfolk and beyond!
Capturing your story and those natural, wholesome moments is what I believe makes great photographs. Whether that's producing authentic images for your brand or creating precious memories.

A little about me...
My photographic journey started at the little age of 10 when I got my first camera, 12 years later in 2012 I started Mikaela Jade Photography.
I studied Fine Art as a degree and completed my MA in photography in 2021. I've taught art and photography for 8 years and in 2022 decided to go full time with my photography... so here we are.
Now I have my beautiful studio based at Brightwell Barns and still get to teach workshops under Illuminate Studio.
